Description

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) role requires a self-motivated, organised, and skilled negotiator. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining key relationships with various healthcare professionals within both the NHS and private sectors. You will be tasked with creating innovative and comprehensive customer proposals to ensure continued business growth, working closely with the Penlon team to provide first-class customer service.

Preferred experience

• Proven sales track record
• 2+ years of experience in the endoscopy devices sector
• Strong skills in relationship development and negotiation
• Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to assess and analyse business  opportunities
• Effective presentation skills at various levels within the healthcare sector
