Penlon success in 2019 GHP Technology Awards

Penlon Limited has won the ‘Best Anaesthesia Delivery Medical Device Company’ category in GHP’s 2019 Technology Awards, honouring the company’s continuous development and manufacture of innovative, world-class medical devices. GHP announced the 2019 award winners on 28th January 2020.

Following on from the recent successful launch of Penlon’s latest medical device, the Sigma EVA electronic anaesthesia vaporizer for desflurane, comes recognition for the company’s continuing commitment to the development and manufacture of innovative, world-class medical devices.

For over 75 years Penlon has been at the forefront of producing world-class medical devices for anaesthesia, starting with the ESO vaporizer and Macintosh laryngoscope blade in the 1940s, through to the recent development of the Prima 451 MRI anaesthetic machine and the Sigma EVA electronic anaesthesia vaporizer.
