With over 30 years of experience in healthcare technology, Mary has played a pivotal role in advancing medical device design, regulatory affairs, and global market access. Her leadership was instrumental in Penlon’s rapid response to the UK government’s urgent call to design, manufacture and CE mark 11,683 ESO2 ventilators for the NHS during the pandemic — a defining moment that showcased her ability to lead innovation under immense pressure.

Beyond her corporate role, Mary has consulted for Government Ministries of Health, contributed to vocational education programs, and developed certification frameworks that have strengthened regulatory standards worldwide.
