Anaesthetic agent consumption is now available on Penlon Prima 465 anaesthetic machines fitted with anaesthetic gas monitoring modules. The new anaesthetic agent consumption calculation displays the amount of agent consumed in mL on a case-by-case basis and is available to view at any point during, and at the end of the case. Sevoflurane, Isoflurane, Desflurane, Enflurane and Halothane use can be displayed, for billing purposes and to help better understand agent consumption throughout surgery, particularly during low flow anaesthesia. The Prima 465 anaesthetic machine is the ideal solution for today’s busy operating room, with an electronic gas mixer, 12.1” touchscreen and multiple anaesthetic gas monitoring options.
