The
new Penlon A100SP
Absorber, with AV900
auto mode switching interface, is now available as part of
the Prima
SP Anaesthesia System and provides a level of integration
never seen before in a Modular Anaesthesia System.
The innovative interface between the A100SP Absorber and AV900
V4 Ventilator automatically detects when the ‘Bag/Vent’
lever on the absorber is operated, and changes the Mode of
the ventilator accordingly.
In addition, Spirometry accuracy is significantly improved
by the introduction of integrated sensors fitted within the
inspiratory and expiratory airways.
Further
improvements include a new, ergonomic rotating arm mount for
the breathing bag, and quick release canisters for easy absorbent
refill.
For cleaning and autoclaving, the unit can be removed quickly
without major disassembly.
The A100SP Absorber is the latest product from Penlon Ltd,
