Chief Executive Officer

Stephen Moon joined Penlon in 2011 and brought his own style of sales, operational and financial delivery expertise to focus on Penlon’s growth. Stephen is a Chartered Engineer, a Whitworth Scholar and a black belt in Lean 6 Sigma and has extensive experience at building world class businesses. He has held board level positions within engineering, automotive, manufacturing and financial market sectors, and he has a practical and common sense approach to running business. He is passionate about putting quality and the customer first.

Stuart Franklin

Finance Director

Stuart joined Penlon in 2012 as Finance Director, bringing with him fifteen years of experience in financial and commercial project management. Stuart is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant and a Pure Mathematics graduate from Hull University. During his career to date, Stuart has gained a broad range of experience within large multi-national organisations in the Logistics Automation and Gas Turbine manufacturing industries, and has most recently been responsible for the implementation and subsequent management of a Financial Shared Services Centre operating across seven European companies. Stuart embraces and delivers a culture of “financial business partnering” to ensure businesses are able to operate in the most efficient manner.

Peter Worrallo

Global Sales Director

Peter Worrallo, Group Sales Director of Penlon Limited and President of the Company’s US operation, is an engineering graduate from Brookes University, Oxford. Peter graduates from Henley Business School in October this year, having recently completed his MBA.

During his career, Peter has worked predominantly for UK anesthesia manufacturers and has been in the British medical device industry for 30 years; throughout that time he has travelled extensively in North & South America, Europe, Asia and Middle East.
